  1. This recipe is GREAT served over roasted spaghetti squash. It makes it a lighter and healthier meal than served over rice or noodles. Cut a spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds, baste in olive oil and bake for about an hour at 375. Simple as that. 🙂
